I am a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University, and Director of the Texas A&M Institute of Data Science. My research combines the foundations and applications of data science and computer networking, currently graph stream sampling, network measurement and resilience, and applications of data science to transportation and hydrology.
